Mr. Manish Jain

President & CEO

Founder of TSW Capital Services (est. 2011)
Holds an MSc in International Securities, Investment & Banking from the ICMA Centre (now called Henley Business School), University of Reading, UK – one of Europe’s foremost finance and trading institutions
Certified Investment Banker and member of the Mumbai Chapter of the ISB Alumni Network (Indian School of Business, Hyderabad)
Brings over 20 years of financial markets experience, including 14+ years leading TSW Capital through complex, offshore to offshore transactions with banks, NBFIs, renewable energy developers, and infrastructure companies across more than 10 emerging markets.
Notable mandates include leading the USD 100Mn equity fundraise from I Squared Capital for Gram Power, now called Polaris Smart Metering
Has cultivated an extensive network of VCs, funds, investors, development finance institutions, and lenders spanning Asia, Africa, Europe, and the Americas, built over more than 15 years of offshore transaction advisory
Brings the capability to structure and execute transactions across the full capital stack – including equity, private debt, mezzanine financing, and structured finance instruments – tailored to each client’s unique requirements

Mrs. Arti Jain

Director

She is a qualified Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration (PGDBA) from Symbiosis, Pune
She holds a Diploma in Business Administration from ICFAI University
Prior to starting TSW Capital Services in 2011, she had over 4 years of experience in Accounting, Equity Research & Proprietary Trading in Equity & Equity Derivatives

Mr. Sachin Patil

Vice President

He has cleared CFA Level 2 and holds a degree in MBA (Finance) and a bachelor’s in Instrumentation Engineering from Mumbai University
He brings over 8 years of experience in investment banking and financial advisory, with a strong focus on the climate and clean energy sector across emerging markets. Over the course of his career, he has advised on and supported fundraising transactions aggregating over USD 100 million across South Asia, Southeast Asia, and Africa.
Earlier in his career, he worked with a Mumbai-based financial consulting firm serving leading tier-1 banks and financial institutions in the Gulf region. His work involved equity research, valuation reports, and financial modelling assignments across sectors including banking, construction, retail, and telecom

Mr. Jayant Sharma

Senior Associate

Jayant holds a master’s degree in finance from the University of Mumbai and a bachelor’s degree in accounting & finance from University of Rajasthan.
He brings over 8 years of experience across Investment Banking and Capital Markets, with expertise in end-to-end fundraising advisory, equity and debt financing, corporate and SME lending, and structured financing solutions for startups, financial institutions, renewable energy projects, real estate companies, large corporates, and SMEs.
He is currently working with TSW Capital as an Investment Banker based in Mumbai, where he has advised on equity and debt fundraises for consumer startups, financial institutions, utility and renewable energy projects, and allied sectors across South Asia, Southeast Asia, and Africa. He has recently worked on and closed transactions involving Pubali Bank and DFCC Bank.
Prior to this, he was part of the Capital Markets team at Knight Frank, where he advised real estate developers and corporates on capital raising, forward sales, monetization of core assets, and financing transactions in the industrial and warehousing sectors across India.
Earlier in his career, he worked with ICICI Bank in the Corporate Business & SME vertical, focusing on identifying lending opportunities and structuring working capital and supply chain financing solutions for corporates and SMEs.

Ms. Nikita Nagdeo

Senior Associate

She has cleared CFA Level II and holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Mumbai.
With over six years of experience in investment banking and financial advisory, she has worked across M&A, equity, and debt fundraising. She previously worked with Lastaki Advisors, advising clients across sectors such as B2B technology, financial services, consumer, healthcare, and electric vehicles.
Prior to this, she was part of the research team at Visible Alpha (now part of S&P Global), covering US-listed companies in the real estate and consumer goods sectors.

Mr. Rayvon Pereira

Senior Associate

He holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management Studies (PGDBM) from N.L Dalmia Institute of Management Studies
He has a cumulative experience of 10 years in end-to-end transaction advisory in boutique investments firms
He has worked across private equity, venture capital and has advised clients in raising funds from Indian and SEA based institutions

Ms. Simran Bhatia

Associate

She is a CFA Level III candidate and holds a bachelor’s degree from University of Mumbai.
With over four years of experience in investment and merchant banking, she has advised on private equity and debt fundraising transactions across sectors including climate, consumer, and financial services.
Prior to this, she worked as an Analyst at a merchant banking firm, where she supported equity fundraising mandates in the consumer sector, including financial analysis, valuations, and business, legal, and financial due diligence.

Ms. Priyasha Sharma

Senior Analyst

She is a CFA Level I candidate and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Finance from NMIMS, Mumbai.
She has previously worked as an Analyst at an investment banking firm in the Private Equity department, focusing on investment evaluation, financial modelling, and transaction structuring.
She has worked closely with founders and institutional investors, supporting end-to-end deal execution.

Ms. Simran Jain

Senior Analyst

She completed her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, with a specialization in Finance, from NMIMS.
She previously interned in an investment banking firm, where she worked on m&a deals and researched on companies in pharma industry.

Mr. Vansh Jhaveri

Senior Analyst

He is a CFA Level 2 candidate.
He has completed his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, with a specialization in Finance, from NMIMS University, Mumbai.
He has previously interned at an Alternative Investment Fund, where he conducted research on the Food & Beverage Industry, alongside Investor Reporting.

Ms. Aashima Khanna

Senior Analyst

She has completed her Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Jai Hind College.
She has previously worked with as an Analyst in an Investment Banking firm for client acquisition in African markets.
She has also interned with a Venture Capital firm in the investment and operations team and with a Merchant Banking firm performing business valuations.

Mr. Omkar Pandhade

Business Development Executive

He holds an MBA Tech. degree, with a B.Tech. in Computer Engineering and an MBA in Finance from NMIMS University.
Previously he has worked in Equity Research and Valuation. Also, he brings experience of enterprise client management from past organization.
He combines technical expertise with financial acumen, enabling a strong analytical approach to business and investment decision-making.

Ms. Jayanti Joshua

Admin & HR Executive

She brings over 30 years of experience as an Administration Manager in an Investment Banking firm.
She worked closely with the senior management overseeing all aspects of administration, HR functions, and day-to-day office activities.

Mr. Ashok Rathod

Accounts Executive

He has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Mumbai University
Previously, he worked at reputed CA firms – where he managed responsibilities such as GST filings, SFT filing, income tax compliance, TDS filing, ROC filings and preparation of audit data.
He has extensive hands-on experience in balance sheet finalization, tax audits and corporate statutory filings.
